Micah runs Add-Art → which are various outdoor galleries exhibiting international artists and designers. He is also a trustee of the charity Passion Art → which works to bridge the gap between the secular and the sacred through art.

Gift to the City is a Passion Art Project featuring artists Rachel Ho and Micah Purnell which ran for two weeks in September 2022. Anonymous responses were collected at www.gifttothecity.com
120 mini oak engravings by Micah Purnell read ‘You are Enough’ and 120 Kintsugi inspired pots by Rachel Ho were left dotted around the streets of Manchester to find and keep as gifts to help people feel seen and valued.

Manchester’s second monthly curated art billboard in Manchester, England. Add Art acts as a network to other art based billboard sites across the UK and the world.
A city wide collaborative project including a number of exhibitions and online responses to the theme of belonging and more recently belonging through isolation.
Co-curated by Lesley Sutton and in partnership with St Ann’s Church, Manchester Cathedral and Centre for Theology and Justice.
Upcoming exhibitions include directional speakers and an 18m wide outdoor neon.
This project is currently shelved due to Covid changing the way funding is disributed. All funds generated have been reallocatedto other outdoor public projects such as Add Art.
When a three world class thinkers tell three global ad agencies what we need to live well, the results are an advertising campaign Selling Virtues.
A project bringing together psychologist Oliver James, sociologist Prof Anne Cronin, investigative Journalist Jaques Peretti alongside Havas Lynx, Tiger Savage and Micah Purnell to produce a three part ad campaign for living well accompanied by a publication and open panel event.

England’s first monthly curated billboard in the heart of Manchester. P&P ran from 2014-2016. It continues to be used as an art space curated by M ONE Studios.
Every month a new artist was invited to exhibit work on a large 16-sheet board traditionally used by advertisers.
Print & Paste was founded by Micah Purnell. P&P was a collaboration between Micah Purnell, Dave Sedgwick, Nick Chaffe, Jim Ralley, and Daniel Jones.
