Logo and visual identity design for the School of Adaptability featuring a shape-shifting icon representing learning, change and adaptability.

The School of Adaptability is an educational initiative focused on helping individuals and organisations develop the skills, mindset and resilience required to navigate change.

The brief called for a visual identity that could communicate adaptability without relying on familiar or predictable symbols. The solution centred on a bespoke graphic mark designed to suggest movement, transformation and continuous learning.

At the heart of the identity is a shape-shifting icon that changes form and colour across applications, reflecting the organisation's core belief that growth comes through adaptation rather than fixed positions. The mark functions as both a recognisable logo and a flexible visual device capable of evolving across digital and printed communications.

The wider identity system was designed to feel contemporary, optimistic and dynamic, creating a visual language that could support workshops, publications, presentations and online learning environments.

The result is a distinctive identity that captures the spirit of adaptability itself — a brand designed to evolve alongside the ideas it represents.
