Westminster Associates are an accredited Insights Discovery provider and facilitation practice working with organisations to improve leadership, team dynamics and workplace culture.
While their work is rooted in the well-established four-colour Insights Discovery model (Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue), their real value lies in how they translate this framework into human conversation, behavioural change and practical team development.
Working in collaboration with Muddy Wellies, the brief was to reposition Westminster Associates as more than a psychometric training provider — elevating them into a human-centred transformation partner that helps organisations unlock potential through clarity, connection and honest dialogue.
The brand strategy was developed through an immersion process including workshops, internal surveys and competitor analysis. This revealed a core truth: Westminster Associates are not just facilitators of a model, but interpreters of people — helping teams move beyond theory into lived understanding.
The resulting identity needed to reflect both continuity and change: maintaining recognition within an established sector while introducing a more contemporary, human and accessible visual language. The design direction explored softer geometry, rounded and approachable forms, and a colour system that evolved the existing Insights palette into something more cohesive and expressive.
At its heart, the brand was shaped around a simple principle: clarity creates connection. Westminster Associates act as connectors, clarifiers and translators — helping teams understand themselves and each other more deeply, and turning complex behavioural frameworks into practical, usable language.
The final system positions them as facilitators of real transformation: grounded, human, and capable of turning insight into lasting behavioural change.
